Soap
I have been using a badger hair shaving brush and shaving soap to
shave my face for 20yrs and now that I shave my head I find that it
works equally well, unlike head slick and some of these new tube cream
which for me clog my razor shaving soaps rinse out easy. Williams is
cheap and available almost everywhere.

– EXTRA
This product when used in conjunction with the HEADBLADE - is
outstanding - highly recommended. Rite Aid brand pivoting blades work
in HEADBLADE
Schick Intuition:
I used my wife's "Schick Intuition" shaver in the shower and it
gave me a real nice shave. It comes with its own lotion which is like
a bar of soap surrounded by the blade. The secret is too allow the
surface to keep wet and the built in soap bar produces its own lotion!

Mary Kay Oil Controller:
I use a Mary Kay product called Oil
Controller - you will still have a nice shine but after a few minutes
to soak in, it doesn't rub off on everything like your natural hair
oil, and seems to do pretty well at keeping the oil controlled (hence
the name). It's nice to have a 'forum' with product reviews &

This is the
fourth brand of shaving oil I have used and I think Pacific
Shaving Company's is the best. It also works well with traditional
shaving cream or gel, applying the oil prior to the cream or gel.

I started using
All Natural Shaving Oil about three weeks ago when I began shaving
my head. It works at least as good as advertised (if not
better). The razor just glides through any stubble and it lasts
through my entire shower (unlike my shaving soap which I had to
reapply if I took too long shaving). Don't let the small bottle
fool you. Since I only use 3-5 drops for my face (I use about 7
drops for my head), I can hardly tell the level in the bottle has
dropped after almost 36 shaves. I'm extremely happy with this
product and can see myself getting more when this bottle runs out.

a bit of time to get comfortable with it (4 or 5 shaves). Once you
get the hang of it though, it's quick and easy to use and produces
a great shave. Refills are inexpensive and easy to find. I
use the Ultra Plus refills and have had great luck with them. If
you're searching for something small, easy to use, and produces a
great shave, check this razor out!! Justin
I used the
Headblade and was not very satisfied with it. I found that the
Mach 3 and some shaving gel gives me the closest shave.

have used the HeadBlade for about a month now, and I must say that
when they say that you have to get use to it....they are not
kidding. However, after using the HeadBlade for about a week, I
realized that it is the best shaver out there for getting the ol'
plate shaved smooth and without irritation. My advice to you is
get this razor, give yourself some time to get use to it, and in
the end you will be glad that you did. My head has never looked
